dwil3402 I just read the msg poshmark left on the return. It states I am not able to exchange the boots. I have to list them again and you purchase them again. I tried to release your payment because of my mistake but it says it's on hold. I will post them for $19 for you. "After careful review, we have approved the buyer's return request due to the following reason(s): - Wrong Item - Poshmark does not offer exchanges at this time - Please have buyer repurchase via new listing once return received

ksmom09 @dwil3402 Well, I just messed up because I did not use their return mail which would cancel the whole transaction and give me the refund. Not using the return mail means the payment for the boots will be released to you in two days. So I will have paid for the boots and returned them to you. How about I just accept the order so you get the payment for them?

dwil3402 @ksmom09 I am so sorry this has become a hassle. I never have had to exchange any item. Return/Exchange is all new to me. I just want to make sure I get it correct this time. I will list them again and see if I can just put them in a bundle for $19. I am not 100% positive but I don't believe the payment would be approved on the original listing if I just sent the shoes to you without a new listing. Again, so sorry for the inconvenience.

ksmom09 @dwil3402 Because I didn't use their return label, it will not be tracked by Poshmark. it will look like I never sent the boots back, so they will release the $$ I paid for them to you. That means I'll have paid for boots I never got and then I have to pay again to get them??

ksmom09 I have the USP tracking number so you can see that they were mailed back to you today. How about you wait the two days to make sure the payment is released to you and then mail the boots to me?

ksmom09 @dwil3402 They did, but I didn't use it. I shipped it myself. I did not want to initiate the return of the money to me as you said you would mail me the boots. Tracking number: 9534 6114 0746 3364 2298 45 Because I shipped it myself, Poshmark will not be able to track it. it will look like I did not return the boots, so in 2 days, they will release the $ I paid for them to you. You will have received the $ and still have the boots.

dwil3402 @ksmom09 I have contacted the Posh Support and sent this msg. ORDER DATE Dec-22-2023 ORDER NUMBER 6585d35db28d0b65ec31ba33 I accidently shipped the wrong shoes to the buyer. The buyer started a return. On my side it says "CASE APPROIVED". The buyer has now returned the pair of shoes I sent by mistake. I have gotten them back now. I want to make sure the payment was returned to the customer. I don't see that it was paid to either of us at the moment. Is there a way to see what's going on?
