icindyking also, the part that gets tied around your neck, is there enough excess to make the dress longer in the event that I want the plunge to be deeper?

0043641 @icindyking hi love, yes the neck has a long tie! It's 35 inches long. You can def make it super drapey. As for the waist it gives about 4 inches of stretch. My hips are 38 inches and it fit snug but not super tight, it just hugged my body

icindyking when I make the offer, because its binding it shows me an itemized payment, and it automatically adds the shipping, making the total almost $75. what I can do is subtract the shipping cost from the $60 and offer $52 & pay for the shipping if that works aswell since there isn’t a free shipping option during the offer.
