countryliven @madi081600 thanks for looking! The waist is 14” wide. It is a double layered skirt with slits on both sides. The top layer slit is at 14” down from the top, and the slit on the inner layer is 20” down from the top. It’s hard to show in pictures but it really is quite an elegant skirt.
