Beautiful vintage matching set by Sarah Coventry from the 1970s. "Starburst" features highly textured goldentone imported Austrian crystals in amber and muted yellow. Oval clip earrings with amber crystals. Pendant is 2.5"x2.5" and is on a sturdy double-link cable chain. Beautiful runway statement piece, very popular set in its day! In excellent used condition.

gems_of_glory You have such a great vintage collection! Growing up, my mom and my grandma used to take me with them to the Sarah Coventry home parties, where we ordered stuff out of the catalog. I wish I would have taken better care of the things they bought for me.

I adore SC and have a decent private collection of my own! I'm also sad that we didn't save more of my grandma's stuff. So just trying to preserve everyone else's grandma's stuff!

gems_of_glory @deepstar86 Nicely said. It was a time that we'll never get back to. It was back when most families only had one vehicle, when women prepared dinner for her family that ate at the dinner table together, cleaned up everything & then got dressed up to go places. Home parties were the thing! Eating the homemade refreshments was my favorite thing I looked forward to.
