Reposhing this item I purchased from @delw565p0vwzuvm. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Super cute mini dress with pretty bell sleeves and a cute tie at the back of the neck. It's very cute! Was a little small in the chest for me, but just barely (I'm a 38D)
