Loved this skirt and had to buy it - but have only worn it once. I don’t attend many events that require a dressy skirt. It’s a floral garden on black netted fabric. Black skirt underneath is almost-to-the-knee length. Waist to bottom of skirt is 33”. Elastic waistband. Excellent condition. Deserves to be out & about!
