This is such a unique blouse with tons of hand embroidered detail. The sleeves are so cool they way they balloon out when you lift your arms but they are gathered at the wrist. The shoulders have a slight puff. The shoulders have feminine button closures that give it a more tailored look on the shoulders. There are deep slits up the sides and black satin ribbon that ties on the back. I have adored this for years but it’s time to let someone else enjoy it. The designer tag has been partially cut off, so that is unknown. Women’s size Small/ Medium ( it has a loose fit but would look cute on either.
