Vintage Rena Lange Silk Linen Jacket Special Buttons Bows 6

This jacket is so special. I wish it fit me. The buttons alone are incredible - cameo signature in black relief with gold trim. Grosgrain bow details and black trim. Silk/linen blend. Only 1 button is missing on the left cuff. 4 button closure. Single snap closure on pockets. Size 6, 16" shoulders, 18" armpit to armpit, 23" sleeves, 28" length. No marks or damage that I can see.
