@tarakitt So I'm generally a size 2 in bridal dresses, however I had to size up to a 4 to accommodate the chest area (I'm a 34C).

@tarakitt Also, it was the same case for the other Shona Joy dress I ended up wearing. I bought the 4 to accommodate my chest and then had it taken in everywhere else! Let me know if that helps!

thank you! I have just a couple more questions. Have you had this dress altered at all? What is your waste size and is the dress big in the waste for you?
I'm a 32C or 30D typically so the top may work. I just want to be a little more sure before pulling the trigger.

@tarakitt Absolutely, you've got to be sure! So my waist is about 28", my underbust 29" and this dress was a little big in the waist so I would have needed it taken in...that being said, because I went with another dress, this one has had no alterations. I believe I've got some pics in it for when I was trying to decide! Let me upload it and then I'll tag you!

@tarakitt Okay, I've just added pictures, a few of me in my house which shows the dress completely unaltered and you can see how it drapes on my body. The last two pictures of me at Anthropologie show how it would look tailored to my body.

@artemiat Yes to everything! I ordered this dress directly from Anthropologie after trying on one of their samples in store. It is completely unaltered and was only ever tried on after it arrived in the mail (I tried it on with different accessories and shoes to see what I liked the most). Still completely brand new in its bag and I'm pretty sure I've still got the box it came in 🙂
