Vintage skirt & blouse set with flattering style and fit

Tag says L but fits more small to medium. very flattering cut with fun flare at bottom of skirt. Cowl neck sleeveless top. Color is rich and fabric has stretch. Tag shows wear but top and skirt dont. Been hanging in my closet too long so now it's your turn to love this!
