NWOT Eci New York Qipao style cocktail length dress. Size 4 on tag but fits much larger and has lots of stretch. In photos, worn by a person who is 5’6”/160lbs. White with floral iridescent patterns give this item a fresh and timeless appearance. The dress has a round neck, cap sleeves, with a long zipper at the back and 8” front side slit. Gorgeous dress, never worn except to try on. PTP without stretch is 18” Length from top of neckline to hem is 40”
