Handmade GORGEOUS mermaid style Hawaiian maxi dress szS

This is a stunning handmade vintage dress from the 60s. The deep red floral pattern looks like fire or lava, but it's branches and flowers. This is made REALLY well with lots of stitching details, a full zipper down the back, and ruffles on the sleeves and skirt. This is a mermaid style flouncy hemline. This would make a great holiday party dress! There are two areas in the front that have strange horizontal stitching. I'm uncertain of its purpose, but I've shown it in the pics.
