Vintage 1980’s 13.5” Chuck E. Cheese’s Pizza Time Theater Anthropomorphic Rat

Vintage 1980 Chuck E Cheese’s anthropomorphic rat. The Chucky Cheese mascot was a rat until the early 1992 and then the character was changed into a mouse. This toy was produced to be bought or won as a prize. His label reads “Chucky E Cheese’s Pizza Time Theater” and on back “ Ground Nut Shells and Synthetics -made in Korea”. He wears a red tux vest and has a friendly black bow tie. He has a red felt hat, black whiskers (all intact), pink nose and ears and tail. His arms are open in a welcoming and joyful pose. His little rat teeth look like two jelly beans next to each other. This is a scarce toy and this one in particular is in very good condition with all original accessories (vest, button, hat, etc) accounted for. He is collectors’ shelf worthy. Priced accordingly (condition and scarcity). Size: 13.5” tall x 8” hand to hand x 5.5” toe tip to tail end. Condition: Very good vintage condition (almost like new). Whiskers intact. Has some spreading of fur on finger tip ends that shows the base fabric slightly. Original makers tag fully intact. Has ‘Ground nut shell” stuffing- careful if you or the giftee has nut allergies!
