crystalblue16 Hello, are there any odors in this bag? Do ALL the zipper work properly and smoothly (inside and outside of the bag)? Any tarnish on the hardware? Any problems with sewing issues on the bag (as Lug has had quality control issues and bags are sewn uneven or with a lot of thread issues). Thank you.

jillmarie33 @crystalblue16 Hello 👋 I am very familiar with lug and their recent quality concerns 😃 Everything is perfect! No issues with this bag at all. Not even a lose thread anywhere. No smells or odors. I do have two dogs, but I keep all my bags packed away. Happy to send more pictures if you like. Thanks!

jillmarie33 I will add!! I do see a super slight tarnish on one of the zippers, but you have to hold it just right in the light and look VERY close. Feel free to make me an offer if you’re interested 🥰

crystalblue16 Hello, I love dogs and the dogs do not create odors - people do!!! (LOL) I see your interior is different from some of the Ranger heather gray with the paisley print. I don't know if that Ranger is a lighter heather gray or just a different interior.

crystalblue16 Would you know the answer? Is your heather gray a lighter, medium or darker gray exterior? (Sometimes the color on the screen is not true to color.) I am familiar with Lug, but never had anything in heather gray. I have not even seen this color in person. (I have heather indigo, which is much darker in person than it looks on the QVC or computer screens.) Thank you for your help.

crystalblue16 So what I am really asking is .....picture one, which is the front of your bag vs picture two, which is the back of your bag, look like two different colors. Which picture best depicts the true color or the Heather Gray? Thank you.

jillmarie33 @crystalblue16 I would say it’s more a medium shade of grey. I’ve had a couple heather grey pieces and they have been all the same shade. This is a couple years old and the interiors change every couple years. Sometimes sooner 😂 I love the feel of the heather material. It’s more brushed fabric rather than slippery nylon, yet still can be wiped clean.
