Misses handmade square dance dress - appr Size 14

Misses handmade belted square dance dress with matching tie! Beautiful blue print with darker blue ruffle and trim. Approximate size 14 - Bust measures 38 inches and waist 33 inches; Length from waist to hem is 23.5 inches. There is an underarm stain which i actually did not see until I was doing the measurements so my guess would be with a bit of stain remover or work it would come out. The ruffled sleeve covers it so nicely, I just did not see it earlier or I would have worked on it.
