thriftygirlera @unlimitedluxe Hello, my findings were that the coat is complete as is and it’s not just the shell if that helps answer the first question. At 100% polyester, it’s made to withstand rain and snow in terms of water-resistance. It’s not 100% waterproof when completely submerged in water.
