wintown Is it oversized or true to size?

mamamary113 @wintown Hi… it’s supposed to be true to size but some reviews have said that it runs big. It’s not a fitted coat so I really can’t say because it was my moms but it fit her big, she needed a petite 10 instead. Hope that helps. But imo I don’t think it looks too big for a size 10.
