Iro Black Suede Drapy Slouchy Knee Boots

Black suede Iro Drapy knee boots with tonal stitching and stacked heels. The suede is soft and can be slouchy or go over the knee! It's size 8 in US (says FR 39) but I usually wear size 7 and this fits just fine. So I think US 7-8 would fit! Shaft: 19" Heels: 2" Circumference: 14.5" Only worn a few times
