Are these corduroy? What is the measurements of waist when laying flat? What condition are these in- any holes, snags problem areas? Thx.

@nedved22 yes, they are corduroy and 100% cotton. The waist is elastic so very flexible, and lying flat it measures 13 inches. There are no stains or flaws to this item. They were only worn once, and the only difference from its original condition, is the tag (as pictured where the gold free people logo is) that said the sizing was removed.
