This laundry by Shelli Segal multicolor blue wrap maxi dress is perfect for spring events. Worn once for about two hours, this dress is like new without tags. This is a fully lined wrap dress in a size 12, but could easily fit a 10 or 14 due to wrap variance. It has a self tie belt that could easily be tucked in with a separate wide belt placed over. The outer shell is a fine net like fabric that is semi sheer, overlaid on a Robin egg blue lining. The sleeves are sheer and very lightweight.
