Vintage Plaid Wool Scarf Wrap Cape Sylvia Beitlscher New York 

This pretty cape is a wool blend in gorgeous jewel tones. There is a spot on the inside neck where there was a tag stuck on. Would come off with a little work but it is not sticky or anything. This is a great unique layering piece.
