Are you looking at cm on a measuring tape? These are not small measurements for a size medium jacket.

24 cm is 9.45 inches pit to pit
When I convert each of the measurements, none of them make sense to me. The jacket looks large but if these measurements are accurate, it won’t fit.

It's pit to Hem. The chest measurements are already in there. Look at every other measurement.
