Anthropologie utility pant cropped like new

They run big as you can see by the measurements. I only wore them once. They are relaxed, straight leg. Meant to be worn on hips. I have posted pics with measurements. Size 0 but I would say that they run big. They are meant to be that way but they would fit a bigger size as well. The color is army green. Side front pockets. Two back pockets. They would look great with a fitted white crop top.
