I don't know who makes this but I would have love to have gotten a bunch of them.. used for epic photo shoot in Maui for about 20 minutes.. it's so perfect for layering and the bold hue works great with magenta or nude tones...euc , hand washed... it fits like an extra small Camila Coehlo (I'm 5'9 33 bust 25 w 35 hip in the pics).. This is just for the dress it did not come with a sub layer..tagged cc just as ref
