grandmadonna @fjsu Jim, I just measured it and it measures 7 inches side to side and 8 inches end to end. I have arthritic fingers and can't seem to get the tape measure to work for me going around the inside rim. But it is 7" wide across and 8" long, front to back. I hope this helps. Donna

fjsu Did you hold the tape to the widest part of the sweatband for both length and widh. It should be in the vincinity of 6 1/4" wide by 7 3/4" long. Sorry about your fingers. At 76 I can relate.

grandmadonna Ok I just checked it again. The first time I had a neighbor in the storefront beside me measure it. I just did it again myself and I came up with 6 1/2 wide, side to side. And its still showing 8" long, but it could be a tiny hair shorter.
