This is a purple velvet dress by Chaps (/Kohls). It has shorter belled/flared sleeves and some ruching on the front that makes it very flattering. I only wore this once. There aren't any stains or holes. It is very comfortable (it has a lot of stretch to it) and it is also pretty and looks good on everyone. I think the measurements are obvious but the 5th pic is the total length top to bottom. In some of the pics, the flash made it look like there's a bit of blue... there isn't. This dress is a dark purple, no other colors.
