rhouse2yours Hi, so to clarify, there is a button under one side of the lapels, but both the other side? So only 7 buttons on th front vs 8? Thanks!

meandher @rhouse2yours Hello! There are 6 buttons on the main front, and a 7th under the left collar lapel. I am unsure if it is actually missing the 8th, as it looks like there never was one. if it is missing, it would be on the inside of the coat where the right collar lapel would fasten underneath when the Coat was fully buttoned up. I hope that makes sense.

rhouse2yours @meandher thank you! One last thing - what’s the measurement across the shoulders, like from where the sleeves attach? I have freakishly wide shoulders for a woman. I used my dads peacoat in high school (he unfortunately lost it during one of our many moves), but now that I’m middle aged, I’d like something a tad more fitted 😉

meandher @rhouse2yours No problem, I totally understand! I have included a couple more shots of the ruler across the back shoulders. it looks like it is around 18.5 to 19 inches between the two shoulder seams at the top.

rhouse2yours I worry it might still be too tight, so I’m going to hold off. I’ve got a 20 (it was cheap cheap, but regular so afraid it might be too short). Depending on how that fits, I may be interested in this one 😊
