arceniamacedo @lindseyelbom hi, thanks for inquiring. The condition is great, there is no damage to the fabric, I think size 4/6 would be true to size. They’re a bit stretchy and the fabric still feels nice and not worn out. I don’t think they’d be too big, I’m a size 8 and can’t wear these anymore because they’re too tight on me.

arceniamacedo @lindseyelbom hi, the waist measures 15” laying flat measured with a measuring tape. The length which was a little tricky to measure is approximately 11.2”. Hope this helps let me know if you have other questions.
