I have two of this style of dress by Lands End. This one has a layer of lace or cut-outs like an eyelet. The skirt has some flare and two generous pockets. It’s in excellent condition with no issues found. The size is a 2 in petite. The fabric is 100% polyester and the lining is 100% cotton.
