Length is adjustable and measurements are based on range of top of necklace not actual length Adjustable range is 15”-17”. This can be a choker if adjusted to shortest option. The drop is the length of the rhinestone portion from top of necklace to bottom when laying on chest. This is 4.25” Condition is vintage EUC, excellent is missing at least 2 small stones in the very top row. These can be replaced if you desire by taking it to a bead store.
