This White House Black Market Skirt is NEW WITH TAGS!!! The waistband measures approximately 11 1/2 inches while lying flat; however, it has very stretchy elastic in the waistband. It stretches to 15 inches. (I normally wear an 6/8 and it can stretch to fit me.) It is approximately 40 inches from top to bottom; and has an approximate 19 inch slit on left side. The fabric is 100% polyester and is sheer-like and very flowy. It looks stunningly elegant on! I make every effort to ship on the day of purchase.
