soft_nclassy @lilaegdavis No worries on the public comment. The inseam measurement is listed in pics and description. Not sure what would be considered a high waist. I googled how to tell if fabric is insulated and it said yes if it has a fluffy fabric with air like pockets and they do. I hope this helps. 😊
