Set comprises of two pieces in XS - skirt NWT, Top NWOT Add a staple to your wardrobe with the Quinn. This top is crafted with classic crepe stretch fabric. Featuring boning at the side seams, gripper tape on the straps, and a center back zipper. To complete the look I have paired the Quinn top with a Dress the Population crepe skirt in the same fabric, same size. So it’s a black crepe pencil skirt with a front side slit.
