@dlo624 Hello! 😊Yes, I laid the garment flat, buttoned it up to measure and it’s 21.5 inches across. It’s a button up sweater jacket style so I believe it’s meant to be oversized so it may fit over a sweater, etc. Please let me know if I can help you further. ☺️
