heidicrystalcox Wasn’t there 45 seconds previously? I did my show last night & used 30 seconds. One of my customers was having issues bc they were using Apple Pay & evidently for it to clear and for her to bid, I needed my items to auction longer. 60 seconds is too long, I like to move my show faster than that. 45 seconds is perfect. Can we please add that option back AND yes please more than 50 slots. I have customer’s request items to be added during the show. Thanks!

rodshop615 Take away the 15 seconds and the bow button changed to 15 seconds to 20 seconds and bring back to 45 seconds by now button we don’t need it there’s a glitch in it and it charged us over and over and over on shipping. Not just once many times.

darlascottage I agree we need more than 50 slots in the tray & a ticking sound to alert buyers that the clock is running would be great. Also it will help sellers see questions and requests in live chat if every line that includes a question mark could show up automatically in another color.

emisalesthings Auctions and $3 sales are insane. What do ppl get with a $0.05 earning after selling an item for $3.00? You spend more on gas, time, and packaging. In the end, you end up with a negative sale.

menageatrice The people who attend my shows feel 30 seconds is too short to "think it through" so potential sales are missed. I agree, I've passed on some purchases because I'm not an impulse buyer and don't like feeling rushed. In show chats, many have agreed that extra 15 seconds made a difference between a "yes" or "no" decision. 45 seconds got most of our votes!

heidicrystalcox @ginnyb014 that didn’t happen. My listings were auctioning at 30 seconds, her bid wouldn’t process fast enough so I had to re-auction 4 items at 60 seconds. She said her Apple Pay takes 30 seconds to process. I don’t know but it was frustrating bc 45 seconds was perfect & I wish Poshmark would bring that option back. This customer has shopped at least 6 of my shows on the past 2 months & this week was the first time it was an issue bc I had to go from 45 seconds to 30 seconds

ginnyb014 @heidicrystalcox I don’t know about the Apple Pay, when I use mine it goes right through. Maybe wait a minute or so before you start the next item maybe it will process. It says it just started and that you need to update your app. But I see what you are saying I was just commenting about in the last 10 seconds if someone bids then another 10 seconds is added. Good Luck hopefully Poshmark will listen to the majority but probably not soon enough!

emisalesthings @tanyalynett you can get the buyer to pay for the extra cost of shipping. Make sure to post the weight for heavy items on the item and place the Posh fees for extra shipping. This way the buyer is aware of the extra shipping costs.

ultrachicfashin @poshshows Allowing sellers to choose ground shipping for $5.99 or priority shipping for $7.97 would encourage more buyers to buy during and outside of auctions. A buyer may not always want to bundle items to reduce shipping costs.

It is a pain and I think Posh should ask if extra labels are needed and send to the buyer but I have people who buy a ton each show and i just send them new bundles for them to repurchase and then go back and cancel the original order. I've done this every show and explain this will happen if they go over 5lbs

nemb I suggest PM move the BID button for Posh Shows & add a disclaimer banner FINAL SALE. The 'Home Indicator' bar on some iPhones swipes out pages that are open. I SWIPED OUT of a show & ALAS, b/c the bar is next to the BID ICON at the bottom of the show page, I ACCIDENTLY 'WON' an item I'd never purchase. I know how to bid & to NOT unintentionally bid. SOLD item is yours per PM Auction guidelines. Read the rules, be super careful. I'm stuck with a hit to my earnings.

__lauramj__ @poshshows idea - If you are in a share show and end up having to leave before your item(s) ran OR if you want to select different items to share (I.e. you shared shoes because you didn't know it was a handbags show), it would be amazing if I could go into the blue plus and DESELECT the items shared (and reselect in scenario 2). It would save time for hosts and it'll keep the show running without having to stop. Also it can help keep the purgatory (blue plus abyss) cleaner.

sistaofsize200 can we get it so silent shows can run without the host being present! The Live shows the host has to be there. The silent shows should have an option to run with host. Since we can select run times per item. Then we could select to repeat show : once, twice or triple.

Right now we have to add a listing into our live shows for people to like it. Most people forget to like it and then can’t find us again after! Or they miss the mitigation when we’re live.

9nerkitty @poshshows Each Posher runs their show differently it’s important to have options for all. Not the standard seconds runnings or amount of listings added per tray. If you really think about allowing poshers to load their tray up to 200 items have multiple run time options will bring in more Revenue for Poshmark. We would be able use the optional features and run a show more efficiently and make more money for both Poshmark and Us.
