New without tags 100% Cotton This tree skirt is made of cotton canvas and features a red blanket stitch along outside edge. The skirt features three large red cotton canvas ribbons to tie it closed. The skirt features all of Santa’s reindeers with cotton check appliques with embroidered eyes and a French ticking stripe applique for their antlers.
