great condition. flowy, easy to wear and pack for a trip! no tags. 2 layers of fabric, yet still slightly sheer. abstract white slashes on inside, Hawaiian flowers outside...a versatile piece that offers two different looks! I think a size 10-16 could fit this skirt easily. I am a size 12/14, and there was ample room left in the waist! I am 5'4, and it is ankle length on me. has a fun whimsy goth vibe.
