Fabric tag is missing, this is a sheer stretchy mesh tulle fabric- most likely a poly/nylon/spandex blend. Pinkish beige background with gorgeous flowers and foliage. Lilies, palm fronds, irises, daisies, hydrangeas etc. (my plant identification is not guaranteed lol). Zara marketed this as a t-shirt dress and showed it with jeans. It would also work as an impromptu beach coverup, or with a slip dress underneath. Whatever way you choose to wear it, it’s fabulous. No care tag, this has been hand washed and line dried.
