Fancy dress for sale! Made by a private designer.

I got this dress costumed made by a private designer in Chicago Illinois. I only wore it once and it is in perfect condition. I used it for my engagement party and think someone else would like to use it for the same reason or for something else. I ripped out the bra pads because I realized it looks better without. Dress is so fancy and heavy, definitely worth buying it for the price I listed. I have size 10 and 14
