shannonmc26 @june28 Hi I am so sorry for the delay! the black waist band is 13.5 inches when laying flat, but. has some stretch to it. As far as condition it was new with tags when I purchased, have only worn twice. The sequins have little pointy tips and a few of them broke off when I sat down (I only know this from seeing the pieces left behind, can't even locate an example on the skirt right now, so not noticeable at al!)

june28 @shannonmc26 Thank you so much for the info. The waist measurement seems small for a 6. I am normally a 4 in a&o and was afraid it would be too big, but now afraid too small at only 27in waist.

june28 @shannonmc26 I just checked my A&O 4 skirts and they are 14 across, so 28 inch waist..

shannonmc26 @june28 I think with the stretch you’d be totally fine! It sits higher up on my waist but I’m typically a 4/6as well
