meboettler I’m not familiar with planting rhizomes. Do you place the root down and the bulb part directly under soil?

sellmygoodstuf1 @meboettler you can plant them in any direction up down or sideways and the shoots will figure out which way is up on their own. They don’t need much depth only a couple inches when planted but to grow tall up to around 6 feet put in ground or large pot and keep watered. Small pot and less water will give smaller plants

sellmygoodstuf1 Cover the whole rhizome with dirt. Plant a few inches deep. More or less depth they will still grow

sellmygoodstuf1 And I cut down what looks like roots in photos. No worry they produce new ones and grow fine
