Tobi Black Off Shoulder Floor Length Gown Size Small

Tobi black formal maxi dress, size small. Off shoulder with a fitted bodice and sweetheart neckline. Has a thigh-high slit and empire waist with a mermaid hem. Only worn once, in good condition. However, the seam right above the slit is split about 1” (shown in the last photo), but can be easily sewn back together. Other than that, there are no flaws.
