@couture19 hello the waist is about 14” it is a high waisted skirt. Length of skirt is about 18”
Top pit to pit is about 19” should to bottom of shirt is about 25”

@couture19 according to the tag this is 11/12 size skirt. I do think it probably runs a little on the smaller side versus true to size.
