Like new! A couple smaller blemishes on the back, but they should be able to be cleaned away with care. This is the cutest bag I’ve ever owned, but unfortunately it’s a little too small for my taste. It will fit your phone and other essentials, but I found the zipper to be annoying when reaching into the bag. Please consider this before purchasing :-)
