Plus Size Velvet Revelry Dress

This is a royal blue size 18 velvet dress. At the neck you have V neck but still allows modesty and a scoop neck in the back. The bust has built in cups. The shoulder straps are thicker, which allows for great versatility. Only worn once, was not altered at all. The velvet is beautiful and the dress is very comfortable.
