Smocked area: 14” un-stretched but 17” when stretched - its smocked and stretchy (keep in mind the smocked portion sits above bust so measure above chest area to get that measurement
Pit to pit of under smocked portion measures 22” across (where your bust area will be)
Waist/hips: 34” across so very wide/flowy body but falls beautifully when wearing with gathered elasticized bottom hems
Length: 48” length
