Tulle brand military style quilted jacket

Tulle brand jacket. Quilted. Closes with front clasps or hook closures (snaps are not functional and for decoration only). Jacket is a lighter brown or tan with a darker brown piping trim. Reminds me of an 80s or 90s style. A few small snags and one discoloration (see closeup photos), otherwise good condition.
