Blissful Boho Floral Blouse Size Small

This is a treasure! Originally purchased from Nordstrom two summers ago, this green with white flower top has sweet little (faux) buttons and ties at the waist. It's not cropped, but the waist tie is super flattering with high waisted jeans. The sleeves are billowy with a feminine little ruffling at the shoulder.
