The designer, George Schuler was in business (520 Bedford Rd. Pleasantville NY) from 1908 to 1965, specializing in high end gold jewelry which was sold by Cartier, Neiman Marcus, Tiffany and others. He was awarded the patent in 1947 for his special style of clips on earrings which made the earrings very comfortable to wear, as they would not put any strain on the ear. Upon researching these same bracelets, this a steal of a deal. Other listers claim the turquoise is from South Dakota and is indeed from native mines. I kept looking to confirm, but couldn’t be sure. So it is George Schuler design from South Dakota.
