kerrygogan @gingergee84 if you look at the photos? it says medium i typically wear a 7 and 3/8ths. if i measure with a tape measure it is 19 inches. im not sure how that translates? the inside is deep if you need to put buffering in. it has a distressed touch which may be why they labeled it medium. at the time I bought it? i did call and ask and they recommended a medium.
